For those of you who will be away from your Cape Cod home for a meaningful length of time, All Points provides special services.  Because we care about the condition and safety of your home, just like family, we offer the following services while you’re away:

• Periodic property checks
• Emergency response
• Off-season repair work
• Open and close your home
• Arranging snow removal
• Other requested services

Like all our other services, when you engage us to manage your property, we will meet with you to assess your needs and set priorities.  We’ll also perform a basic property survey, to see what projects you wish to undertake in the ‘off-season’ so your home is ready when you return.  Even if you’re only a ‘Snowbird”, and you’re gone for just a few weeks you can benefit from our services.

As usual, you’ll receive the best service and customer care All Points provides.
We will stay in communication with you, provide reports of our progress or property condition, and perform only the work that you sanctioned us to do.
